The delivery was fast and really well communicated. Didn't order fast delivery but received the next day. Installation and operation is really easy. Just read the instructions! Downloaded the app, linked to Alexa. All really easy and works really well. Could not possibly have gone better.

Fast delivery, the heater was well packed and easy to assemble and use. It seems well made and puts out a fair bit of heat.

This Devola oil filled radiator is a great heater. It's quietly mIntains a cosy background heat inside our caravan . It is light and compact and switches off once temperature a has been achieved, saving energy. Great price and delivered next day.

I waited in all day for the item to arrive (I had to take a day's holiday from work) but no sign of it and no contact from them to say it would be late . Finally, the next day I received a message from DPD to say it had been delivered...however it turns out it was delivered to the completely wrong address, a few minutes away. I ended up having to drive to a stranger's house to pick it up myself (it was a large dehumidifier so it wasn't easy to manoeuvre). Devola took no responsibility for the error, even though it was a fault of their supplier. DPD are their choice of delivery company so it's ultimately their responsibility!
They refused to offer me any compensation whatsoever, even just money for my fuel. I definitely wouldn't recommend using Devola.
And please don't reply to this, you had your chance on several occasions!!

I purchased a 2kw curtain heater through Amazon for a bathroom renovation and managed to lose the remote control in the process.

Devola, and especially Becky in Customer Services, couldn't have been more helpful. A replacement was sent and arrived promptly.

The heater itself isn't generally the cheapest way to heat a room with current energy prices but is perfect for a small, occasionally used room.

Great solution for my downstairs cloakroom. Very economical in ECO mode and stylish. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a 2Kw Wall mounted fan heater. Good product works well. They remote failed so called Customer service and they sent two replacements without question. Really good service. No hassle. Impressed.

We were missing a heater when we ordered two and contact you to find the second one.
We didn't receive any information from customer services other than on when the second heater turned up and announced. To be honest it wasn't great. Sorry

I am using the infrared heater in my conservatory. A constant 20°c is a breeze for this device.

We bought 2 Wi-Fi panel heaters for our new office. These have been brilliant, they look great, really easy to use and can even control them through the app so we can warm the office up when we are on the way :), really happy with them.
